Subject:     Annual Health Check up
Attention:   Grade 7 to Grade 11 and Mathayom 1 to Mathayom 3 Parents    
In order to keep a record on our individual student’s health care and monitor it on a regular basis, Sarasas Witaed Rangsit School has therefore, organized an Annual Health Check up.  This health check up will be held by Krung Siam St. Carlos Hospital and will include the recording of each student’s height, weight, eyes, ears, throat, nose and teeth. Our Health check up will take place from Monday 1st – Friday 5th August 2011 and will require a payment of 190 baht for medical instruments per student.
